Möllers Packaging Technology: Economic success on the customer side
Optimization process to achieve"World Class Performance"
The Möllers Packaging Technology gives no theoretical promise of economic success on the part of the customer - but will provide concrete proof of how complex problems were identified, processed and solved on behalf of the customer at the Düsseldorf K from 16 to 23 October. For the Möllers Packaging Technology, economic and ecological sustainability means optimizing machine performance, researching new technologies and consistently reducing consumables. The goal is the holistic approach of "Total Cost of Ownership", which enables savings potentials in the tens of millions. The "Premium Field Service" points the way to "World Class Performance".
With the plants, customers acquire the option of long-term and forward-looking support from the Möllers Packaging Technology specialists. In dialogue with the customer, an ongoing optimization process for the continuous improvement of machine performance is aimed at. The basis of this success is the holistic approach of "Total Cost of Ownership", which enables plant operators to achieve sustainable savings.
In the course of the high demand for internal, continuous improvement, the Möllers Packaging Technology has redefined the "Premium Field Service" as a product with worldwide leading, unequalled high technical standards. The Premium Field Service is supported by 5 strong pillars with the core themes of plant effectiveness, focused training, quality standards, scheduled maintenance and continuous improvement. The implementation of the tasks from these areas leads to considerable increases in performance and thus to savings in the millions.
As a tool for OEE calculation, the PRODUCAT® measuring and optimization tool sets a benchmark for the line with the theoretical ideal of the plant. PRODUCAT® documents plant effectiveness, evaluates and avoids losses.
In addition, the Möllers Packaging Technology strives to enable the operating and maintenance personnel to detect faults independently, to assess them correctly and to operate the plants professionally. The Möllers Packaging Technology Academy offers customers, business partners and its own competence teams a state-of-the-art seminar area for theoretical learning on a total area of around 1250 square metres. In the adjacent machine hall, the practical implementation of what has been learnt follows on the full line.
