Wagon-loading machines of the types ET, GT and GTL placed on ramp structures travel in order to load from wagon to wagon, time-losing tractor unit hauling manoeuvres are dispensed with, the loading operation is more economic. The goods to be loaded are forwarded to the loading machine via a stationary belt conveyor positioned parallel to the ramp.
