Palletizers of the PLS-C Series

Palletizers of the PLS-C Series are used for palletizing of goods even with extremely poor robustness of shape, e.g. loosely-filled film sacks. The machines thus particularly address the demands in the chemical industry. The capacity range of the PLS-C-Palletizers goes to 2500 packages/hr depending on the package size and layer pattern..

Main advantages:

• Extremely gentle palletized-good handling method
• Load stability through foil inserts and anti-slip glueing
• Low operating noise level

Technical details:
• Machine types: PLS-C 1400, PLS-C 1600, PLS-C 1800, PLS-C 2400
• Pallet formats:800 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm, 1100 x 1300 mm
• palletized goods format: preferably 400-430 mm wide, 600-650 mm long
• Pallettising capacity: 1200 to 2500 packages/hr according to type and layer pattern
